The Arbor Venues have become an icon in terms of wedding venues in the Rochester, NY area. From first hand experience working at each of the three venues, I can tell you that they provide an absolutely exceptional experience to their couples.

Let me share some information about each of the three venues provided by the incredible team of these spaces:

Arbor Loft

Arbor Loft used to take place on the second level of a building just around the corner but Athi had the vision to have her own space that was much more convenient for their couples. Cool thing here – Arbor Loft 2.0 took over the space of what used to be Wendys headquarters. These headquarters got a big upgrade. I mean come on, look at this space? With the help of Stacy from Stacy K, this space was designed to perfection.

Both suites have a unique style to them to make the experience all the more fun and different. You can relax with your friends while you wait for the festivities to begin. What I love about this space further is the beautiful tall windows all around along with the stunning chandeliers. This space is a mix of charm, uniqueness, and class. Also parking is a breeze with their complimentary valet services. Below is an example of a wedding documented in their space:

Arbor At The Port

This space was once a fast ferry until taken over in 2018, becoming the beautiful space it is now. If you are a beach and water lover, this is the space for you. Being right on the water provides that fresh air feeling that you love. They also have a beautiful large bridal suite to get ready and have so much fun with your people. What makes this space uniquely different than the others is its ability to have a ceremony inside OR outside.

Having both options give you that peace of mind that if the weather turns, you have the indoor space as a beautiful backup, but if it holds, you can enjoy the fresh air of a waterside celebration. There are also many wonderful locations to have photos done! The beautiful big windows and lounge area inside, the walk along the water down the port, and even by where the boats are docked. The space itself is incredible. You can enjoy plenty of space in the cocktail area before you enter the tall ceilings of the reception area. Check out these photos from a recent wedding done there:

Arbor Midtown

This building was built in 1929 as a bank and office space. Athi had a big vision to turn this into a charming and elegant venue that is unique to the Rochester scene. They took over the bank floor as well as the third floor for their ballroom and suites. They have many fantastic locations for photos, such as the stairwell, elevators, the old vault, the groom suite (which was an old boardroom), outside to the left of the entrance, and the beautiful tall windows.

To keep bragging about this space, they transform the stunning ceremony space into your reception dream while you enjoy cocktail hour. Its WILD! There is also convenient parking in the parking garage right next door with complimentary valet services, just like the Arbor Loft.

Favorite Aspects/Memorable Moments of the Venues:

• Opening Arbor Midtown after enduring several setbacks to be done in just in time for the first wedding. It truly was all teamwork and really long days and late nights but it was worth it.
• The grand opening parties for Midtown and the Loft were fantastic receiving so much support from the Rochester wedding industry.
• All 3 venues give different vibes so you can find the perfect option for you.

Convenience:

• All 3 spaces give you the opportunity to have both your ceremony and reception onsite as well as being able to get ready onsite. Weather is not an issue because the amazing photo opportunities inside.
• They designed the spaces to separate the room from ceremony to reception so that the guests never have to see the behind the scenes and everyone gets a room reveal.
• You never have to worry about parking. Valet is provided at Midtown and the Loft and the Port has plenty of parking spots right next to the entrance.

Common FAQs:

• Is there a day of coordinator?
  • We have a full team there on your wedding day to make everything perfect! You will have someone there in the morning to get everyone settled and your coordinator will be there to run the ceremony. You also have a venue coordinator there throughout the whole evening to run the event itself. We have extra packages that include set up of your decor as well as extra day of coordination but at base level, your are very taken care of!
• Catering?
  • We offer 5 in house caterers! They are all amazing and offer a different experience.

Just to conclude, I have loved every experience documenting weddings there as a photographer. The staff there truly care about every couple that walks through their doors. I see them constantly checking on on them to ensure they are taken care of and feel valued. Their attention to detail and ensuring every couple has the experience they deserve is phenomenal. Having your wedding there is worth every penny and more. You will not regret it.
